Russian salad with Garlic Toast

A pure vegetarian and Healthy dish for all those searching for healthier and delicious options to fit in there diet.

  • Ingredients :-
  1. 500 gms hung curd
  2. 1 table spoon castor sugar
  3. 50gm Corn,Grapes,Carrot,Beans (medium cut)
  4. 50gm Broccoli
  5. 1 apple (medium cut)
  6. 2 teaspoon salt
  7. chilli flakes.

Method:-

  • Take hung curd in a bowl and add castor sugar and whisk till you get a smooth viscous consistency of Dressing.
  • Now add all the fruit and vegetables.
  • Add salt and chilli flakes, toss well to coat everything with the dressing.
  • keep 1 hour in Refrigerator and serve chilled.

 

Method for Garlic Toast:-

  • Take 2 slice from whole wheat bread loaf.
  • Heat 3 cloves of crushed garlic and 3 table spoon of butter in a bowl till you see bubbles on sides of bowl.
  • Put the flavored butter on toast and sprinkle some oregano.
  • Grill the toast for 3 mins in oven or convection micro oven.

 

Serve hot with chilled salad and enjoy the Healthy meal.

 

NOTE:-

  • Dip broccoli & Beans for 2 minutes in hot water before use to enhance the flavor and crunch.
