Potato most talked about stem among nutritionist and dietitians and actually a good food for health with high in potassium and starch but only till its consumed properly.So here i bring you the healthiest yet delicious form of potato, it can be made as a side snack with drinks or with meals.
- 3-4 raw potatoes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- aluminum foil
- 1 tbs butter
- chilli flakes & herbs
- You can make this either using charcoal or Barbquee or simply an oven.
- First of all wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them using kitchen towel.
- Now Rub olive oil on the potatoes and pack them individually in foil.
- Place them in charcoal for 1 hr or in oven at 180 deg Celsius for 45 mins.
- once you smell the potatoes , take them out from foil and put some butter and garnish with chili flakes and herbs.
- serve hot and enjoy. Try some dips or sauces to spice it up.
