I went to Lodi for dinner in winters without reserving a table but still could manage to get one. The restaurant is set in a part of lodhi garden and has beautiful atmosphere surrounded by trees and nature. The sitting area is mainly open air and expands to an indoor area with decoration of flowers around the corners. The restaurant’s ambience changes with the sunlight. You can take a nice stroll around the place in day time but its not possible during the night as its not lit much. This place serves booze and some really cool cocktails and mocktails. Now coming to the Food, though the menu in small with very less options to order but is delicious. I ordered Arabian mezze platter,non-veg kebab platter and soup. The food had a simple presentation with wonderful taste. The portions were small as compared to the price you pay. Keeping the room for improvement in options they offer and prices.
This place has an open smoking zone which may some times be turn off point for those having food near by and non smokers.
All together the place is perfect for candle light dinners and small gatherings.
Its better to reserve a table in advance .
You make me so hungry for good curry. I fell in love with Indian food when I was in (then) Bombay in1968–Wow! Almost 50 years ago. Now, living in Mexico, it is nonexistent unless I make it myself. I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and get busy. My mouth is watering.
