Fish & Chip Burger

BURGERS!! The most popular fast food and also the notorious one become of its high calorie count, well we bring you the most healthiest option today with Fish and chip burger.(for 2 people)

Ingredients:

  1. wheat buns
  2. 50 gm fish(boneless)
  3. one egg
  4. Bread crums
  5. 20 gm white flour
  6. onion rings
  7. tomato slices
  8. Grated cheese
  9. herb sesoning
  10. Mustard sauce
  11. Tatar sauce
  12. 2 boiled potatoes

 

Method:

  • First, take thin strips of fish and roll them in egg wash and coat with bread crumbs and white flour. once done ,drizzle them with mixed herb seasoning and salt and pan grill them till light brown.
  • Now, cut boiled potato into wedges and simply grill them in oven at 110 F for 20 mins. or pan grill them with very little oil.
  • once the fish and potatoes are done well, take 2 halves of burger buns and grill them with grated cheese till light brown.
  • Now lets assemble our burger starting with burger bun ,put onion rings and mustard. Then put the fish strips and wedges and cover them up with tomatoes and Tatar sauce . For the last touch sprinkle the herbs and pack the burger with bun.

serve it hot and enjoy …
